Château La Fleur Morange: Tasting & Drinking
Have no doubt, Château La Fleur Morange is St Emilion very much in the modern style. Be prepared for flavours of roasted black cherry, praline and charcoal-toasted oak, black pepper and black olives, all wrapped up in ribbons of tannin and texture. This is not a demure wine, gently professing an association with the limestone and clay of this appellation. It is a self-assertive St Emilion, thrusting and bold. It is modern wine for drinkers with modern tastes.
