Château Cadet-Bon: Tasting & Drinking
My experience with Château Cadet-Bon is almost exclusively with very recent vintages, which might be a good thing if some accounts of the character of older vintages are to be believed. I note I tasted the 2008 vintage with the Derenoncourt team quite a few years ago, an indicator of the long association between the consultant and this property, and it was pretty good. But the estate did have something of a reputation for strong extraction and a modern style.
