Domaine de Noiré: Tasting & Drinking
There is no doubting the commitment of Jean-Max Manceau to his soils, to his vines, and to his wines. And it some areas this is a very successful domaine, turning out classic examples of the Chinon appellation. The 2017 Chinon Soif de Tendresse, for example is a deliciously vibrant wine brimming with black cherry fruit which surely says something about the talent of the man (as well as reminding us that this is yet another very successful vintage for the red wines of the region).
