Lynsolence: Tasting & Drinking
The creation of Lynsolence by Denis Barraud was an inspired act. Whether or not your tastes found you buying into the garagiste movement which exploded during the 1990s (some of which I covered in my report on a vertical tasting of Le Dôme, an early member of the garagiste gang), there is no denying that this was a phenomenon which shaped the development of wine in and around St Emilion for several decades. And those who got on board enjoyed increased renown, and sold their wine for higher prices.
