Jérémie Huchet: Tasting & Drinking
The portfolio of vineyards at Jérémie Huchet’s disposal is broad, and includes an interesting array of terroirs. The wines are surprisingly few in number, and they seem to remain true to their relative domaines. Most interesting to my palate is the Clos les Montys Vigne de 1914, which on the two or three occasions I have encountered it has shown good depth and substance, as well as the freshness and verve that otherwise runs through the wines of the domaine. All three of the single-vineyard wines, Les Quinzes Hommées, Chemin des Prièures and Les Montys Le Parc, are also of interest.
