Complémen’Terre: Tasting & Drinking
The wines of Manuel Landron and Marion Pescheux are certainly worthy of investigation. These are wines that come with no shortage of texture or substance, broad, bright, scented and flavoursome, although perhaps not entirely typical of either variety or appellation. The aromatics can be floral and somewhat exotic, the textural confidence can be similarly extreme, with elements of the malolactic fermentation coming through.
