Domaine Boutet Saulnier: Tasting & Drinking
Domaine Boutet Saulnier is undoubtedly a worthwhile discovery. The wines are of good quality on the whole, and there are two really interesting première côte micro-parcels which should provide fans of Vouvray with something to mull over.
Both parcels have come into the fold in recent years, though, and have not long undergone conversion to organic viticulture. This is still a work in progress. Nevertheless, I look forward to what opportunities I have to keep tabs on it during the coming years. (30/12/22)
