Clos Roussely: Tasting & Drinking
Vincent Roussely has been working hard to improve his business since arriving back in the Loire Valley in 2001. Quite rightly he started on the vines, converting them to organic viticulture, and more recently he has been fine-tuning the processes in the cellars. More recently, however, he has been branching out into wine tourism, offering visits and tours of the vineyards, fashioning conference and meeting facilities within the domaine, and he has opened a shop in the cellars where alongside his wines he offers for sale other local products.
