Bruno Cormerais: Tasting & Drinking
Up until 2012 my encounters with the wines of Bruno Cormerais were fleeting, a bottle here, a bottle there. It was the bottle brought to that dinner in Angers that really fired my interest and enthusiasm, and engendered me with a desire to explore more deeply. I’m glad I did, because the wines I found here are well worth knowing about. I rate the domaine close to the top of the tree in Muscadet, both for providing delightfully typical and good quality Muscadets as well as the more dynamic, exciting cru communal and long lees-aged wines.
