Domaine de Veilloux, 2015 Update

Here, in the frequently overlooked appellation of Cheverny, a number of vignerons make truly fascinating wines. To quickly recap the varieties involved, in white these are blends of Sauvignon Blanc with Menu Pineau (also known as Arbois), Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc, while the reds feature Pinot Noir with Gamay, Côt and Cabernet Franc.
