Château Rollan de By: Tasting & Drinking
The wines of Château Rollan de By, and indeed some from other estates owned by Jean Guyon, are fine examples of what can be achieved further north on the Médoc peninsula. These are wines of flavour, substance and classicism. And of course they are also wines that offer value, provided you have your Bordeaux hat on when looking at the price tag. In other words, for left-bank Bordeaux in a traditional style, these are well-priced wines for what is in the bottle.
