Vincent Grall: Tasting & Drinking

Vincent Grall runs a very select domaine, with a tiny portfolio of vineyards (and I think it is set to stay that way) and a very artisanal approach. I first visited the domaine during the harvest in 2013 and tasted wines from the 2012 and 2011 vintage, as well as some of the 2013 must (well, you have to, don’t you). The wines were clearly made in a tense, bright and classic character, with pithy substance and a fruit profile that leaned towards a greener style.
