Gérard et Pierre Morin: Tasting & Drinking

Within the appellation of Sancerre, the village of Bué enjoys a particularly fine reputation for its slopes of caillottes and griottes, and for the deep, smoky, textured Sancerres that these unique terroirs can give us. With his meticulously clean approach in the vineyard, the low yields, and his unfaltering adherence to traditional methods in the cellars, including the use of natural yeasts and bottling his wines unfiltered, this effect seems to be greatly amplified in the wines of Pierre Morin.
