Sébastien Bobinet: Tasting & Drinking
There is no denying the humble charm of Sébastien Bobinet, a quietly spoken and seemingly thoughtful man who seems to have found his destiny with his few small plots of vines in the Saumur-Champigny appellation. And I suspect Eméline’s presence is vital in this also. With her arrival I sense the domaine has been strengthened, and I am sure the rigorous ‘natural’ and in-interventionist philosophies here will continue through many future vintages.
