Domaine de Rocheville: Tasting & Drinking
When I encounter and taste at a domaine for the first time it is not uncommon to conclude, provided the requisite promise exists, that we have on our hands a domaine worth watching, a domaine that may perhaps join the ranks of those we already follow, some of which are listed in my opening paragraphs on the first page of this profile. In the case of Philippe Porché and Domaine de Rocheville, however, it would perhaps be churlish to react in such a cautious manner. This is not really a domaine to watch, this is more like a domaine that has already arrived.
