Domaine de la Cotelleraie: Tasting & Drinking
I have a feeling that there are perhaps hundreds of unsung domaines in Chinon, Bourgueil and St Nicolas de Bourgueil. We all know the very famous domaines, such as Bernard Baudry, or Yannick Amirault, but there are many more. Gérald Vallée and Domaine de la Cotelleraie, while they could hardly be described as unknown, are nevertheless relatively unsung, even among knowledgeable Loire drinkers.
