Emilio Lustau Almacenista Obregon

José Luis González Obregon was once a cellarmaster for a large bodega. Once he head retired he put his considerable knowledge to great use, founding the family bodega in 1989. Today his nephew, Manuel González Verano continues his work. As one might imagine there are a large number of soleras here, but Lustau take their Amontillado del Puerto; a tiny solera of just ten butts. (7/12/04)
