Casablanca Santa Isabel Estate Sauvignon Blanc (Casablanca) 1999:
This pale lemon-yellow wine has an appealing nose of
succulent, ripe tropical fruits, with hints of grass and
minerals. The texture on the palate is classic Chilean,
quite weighty, with a 'fat', creamy feel to it, but with
good balancing acidity. Loads of ripe melon and green
apple, leading into a fresh, slightly tart, mouthwatering
finish. This is what Chilean Sauvignon is all about.
