Henri et Gilles Remoriquet Nuits St Georges Les Allots 1992: The nose of this wine gives off aromas of wild strawberry, blackberry with some suggestion of hung game and undergrowth. There is also a disconcerting level of volatile acidity, a problem with the 1992 vintage. Smooth but not silky tannins on the palate, with marked, harsh acidity but with some pleasing flavours, of hung game and berry fruits. The finish is disjointed and alcoholic. Overall a poor wine.
