Chateau Pech Redon Coteaux du Languedoc La Clape Blanc 2002: This wine has a pale golden colour. Fresh yet delicate aromas of lemons, thyme and even a little salty aniseed on the nose. On the palate, it has medium weight, a bit of grip and flavours that mirror the nose. There's a fresh acidity and herby character too. A good, strong, dry finish. 15.5/20 (10/11/03)
