Hubert Lamy Saint-Aubin La Princée 1997

Hubert Lamy Saint-Aubin La Princee 1997 label image

Hubert Lamy Saint-Aubin La Princée 1997: Quite restrained on the nose at first, but there is good but subtle complexity if you look for it. Lean lemon and grapefruit, a touch mineral and stony. Faint nuances of toffee and melon. On the palate what impresses most is the savoury, balanced structure. A fleshy white fruit texture, medium body, with lemon and grapefruit citrus acidity. A good, fleshy length. Good value and easy drinking. Good. (20/2/01)
