Graham Beck Shiraz 1999

Graham Beck Shiraz 1999 label image

Graham Beck Shiraz (Coastal Region) 1999: A deep and vibrant red-purple hue, this wine has a nose packed with smoke, chocolate, mulberry fruit and toasty oak. On the palate the chocolate sensation continues, with white pepper and a richly textured, deep, hedonistic layer of tarry, mulberry fruit. There is a presence of soft acidity, and some ripe, chewy and pleasurable tannins. Spicy American oak paves the way for a strong and spicy finish. Very good. (31/7/01)
