Carr Taylor Medium Dry Quality Sparkling Wine Vintage Reserve NV: An incredible deep, burnished gold colour, with a fine bead. The nose is surprising - intense apricot and peach fruit, with smoky nuances. The palate is off dry, packed with sweet, canned peaches and sherbet notes, with a soft mousse and pleasant acidity.
